Hi Dan, Nice to see another of your cookshows again after so many years. We really like all the NEW recipes and advice on healthy waterless and greaseless cooking. As you know Sue and I purchased a cookset from you about 28 years ago. We loved it. We had a handle break and lost a lid once and you cheerfully replaced BOTH at no charge. Our 3 girls grew up with this cookware!!
So to make a long story short - as you know - we decided to buy them each a set for Christmas. We hope they will find American Gourmet Cookware as durable as our relationship has been with Nutri-2000. Many regards Dan and Judy! Mike and Sue

I just want to thank you Dan for the great customer service you always provide. We have owned our cookware for over 38 years and really love it. I also bought the oil core skillet to add to my set about 10 years ago. It is going strong as is my cookware. My daughter benefitted from the Nutri-2000 cookware when she got married 10 years ago. You always provide any replacement parts when needed and have excellent customer relations.
Thanks again, Mary Baas |

Hello again & Happy 2010. I neglected to tell you when I emailed you about how pleased we were with our purchase. When we stumbled upon your show umpteen years ago we had in our 20 years of marriage purchased our share of "waterless" cookware. We had no idea that this would be the last time we needed to look for a healthy way to cook. The home visit was wonderful and answered sooo many questions for us. My family loved the cookware so much that my daughter Tina and my mother (who is on a very limited income) came to purchase the cookware and even some of the accessories. When things needed to be replaced you came through with no questions asked and even free for the most part. That's why I owned (till someone stole it all) almost everything you have and looked forward to seeing and getting new stuff. Thank you very much for being there over the years and I hope you will be there for many more. God Bless you Dan & Judy

We purchased our 18 pc set and the oil core skillet 11-4-92, seventeen years ago. It is for sure one of the BEST lasting purchases we’ve ever made. Our favorite piece is the oil core skillet. It goes with us most of the time when we take trips in our trailer, and our on boat. Most all of our friends have your cookware too after they saw how much we loved it and demonstrated it to them. We hosted a cooking party with Dan and most all our friends bought. We hang our cookware from the pot rack in the center of our kitchen to proudly show off the quality. They are so easy to take care of. We don’t use high heat on our stainless cookware but if someone else cooks too hot with our pans it is easy to shine them up quickly with stainless steel cleaner. They are very durable and easy to clean. All you have to do is soak the pan in hot water for a few minutes and everything wipes up clean. Dan has been wonderful about replacing the controller a couple of times though the years for the oil core skillet. The pans will last a lifetime and when the controller stops working it is replaced for free! That’s the best customer service you could ever ask for. Thanks Keith & Gail Johnson

My husband Jeff and I bought a set of the Image cookware from you at Seattle Cooks in 2001. I can honestly say that it's been the best kitchen purchase we've made--it has had six years of cooking almost every day and it still looks new. At this point, we are thinking of adding another piece or two to our set. The one thing we really, really need is something I can stir-fry or saute a lot of vegetables in--I was looking at the 7 qt wok and also at the 8 qt skillet-roaster with the steamer rack and dome cover. We also need just a regular 12 inch skillet, but it's lower on the priority list for now. Could you let me know prices on the above pieces? Also, since I noticed that it is now branded "American Gourmet", is it still similar to the Image system we have? Or are there significant differences? Thanks a bunch, happy holidays! Staci S. Just purchased my 4th set of cookware in 30 years from you Dan. We are soooo pleased my husband said, "Buy it for Christmas." I brag on it, and demo it to all of our guests. I tell them the quality is there, and I am proud to own my American Gormet, 9 ply cookware. I passed the 5-ply on to more family. Now with all the new recipes, I can do a dinner demo like you. Ha Ha! I have given both sons a set at their wedding time, and my daughter has the first set I owned with lots of replacements from you to make it like new. I feel good that the children and grandchildren are eating healthy. Now come granddaughters, so I am sure I will buy some more. I love the flavors, and that tone that helps remind those of us who forget we turned on something. My husband wanted to fry bacon in a teflon the other day, and I explained it is great in the gormet frying pan on MEDIUM heat. It works, and is great with no sticking. He is convinced. Thank you Dan and Judy in helping me purchase on a single parent salary for my son and daughter in-law's gift. I was so glad to hear your voice on the other line after not talking or seeing you for 4 years. You have kept in touch with mailings, and I like that too! Thank you, and I am a 'happy cooker', Sue

Hi Dan. Got my skillet yesterday and tried it right away. I absolutely love it and its well worth the money.I would not go back to other cookware even if you paid me to do so. See you at the fair. Later Veronika.

Thank you for your prompt response. I already have the slow cooker but I had some questions and I couldn’t find in on your web site. You answered my questions in your response. We love our pans! We purchased them last fall at the Puyallup Fair and haven’t been sorry. Thanks again.

Love the cookware and clean up is awesome. our favorite pieces are the oil core skillet and the bakeware. its wonderful to just plug the skillet in and be able to make an entire meal in one dish. we also have an rv and look forward to traveling with the oil core skillet and slow cooker. the crust on bread has never turned out right in glass or non stick bakeware but it is wonderful in your loaf pan. cakes come out of the pan in one piece and we use the cookie sheets for a lot of things because of the easy clean up. my husband says that it isn't fair to spend thousands for the garage and rarely use the tools and not be willing to buy these cooking sets for the kitchen to use everyday. we look forward to seeing you and your wife every year at the puyallup fair. we learn new and easy dishes every time. Hi, Dan I would like to thank you for the great products you have. I have the starter system that I purchased from you in 2006. My friend and I have enjoyed cooking with it. It is amazing how much better food tastes, and healthier for us too. Its totally amazing that you can cook food with little to no oils, water, and to have your food taste that great. The cooking time is less because of the way the pans heat up so evenly. Also to be able to store left overs in the same pan and not have to worry about the bowl absorbing. Heating up leftovers is a snap as well. My friend has now purchased her first set of cookware as well. So if you want to taste great food, and eat healthier purchase your set of Nutri-2000 cookware. Sincerely yours, Jim Greenlee P.S. Thanks again Dan I look forward to adding to my collection.

Hi Dan--Saw you and Judy at the Everett Homeshow after eighteen years since purchasing our set from you at the Monroe Fair. It's truly wonderful that you are still doing cookshows promoting this fabulous system. I am in my early sixties and Vera is in her mid fifties now and neither of us take any prescription medicine. We attribute this to the benefits of an active lifestyle and healthy eating from this waterless cooking system. In this day and age where fast food seems to be the norm in most peoples lives, it is so gratifying to be able to enjoy a healthy meal every time we sit down at the dinner table. Dan, it was a blessing that we attended that Monroe Fair so many years ago. Thanks again. Gary and Vera
Subject: RE: cookware Web Site
Hi Dan - I really like the website. It's very colorful. I LOVE the recipes on there. For some reason it's easier to read with them displayed nicely on an attractive webside rather than black and white on a piece of copy paper. It is also very informative - really says it all as to why this is such great cookware. The only thing that I might like to see (and possibly it's there but I may have missed it) is a schedule of your upcoming demonstrations. That would be kind of nice to know. Cheers, Mila

Buying this cookware is one of the best investments I have ever made. I just wish I would known about and purchased it much sooner in my life. I have had my cookware 15 yrs and it is as good shape as the day I bought it. I had gone through 2 or 3 sets of other cookware the 15 years prior. My kids will fight over my cookware when I can no longer use. Don't put off buying this cookware, it will last a life time and you will love it. Toni Milner

I have thoroughly enjoyed using the cookware, although I have not used the larger pieces often, with only two of us in the house. This makes the VERY BEST spinach and cabbage I have ever tasted, and the recipes I have tried that you sent have all worked out well. I still have much to learn about the use of the cookware, but I do enjoy cooking and fresh really tastes fresh with it. Your recommendation for eggs cooked for 13 minutes, however, I have found too short. They need at least 20 minutes or the eggs are not adequately cooked through and come out rather slimy(i.e. undercooked) on the outside, once peeled - which is also more of a chore when they are undercooked. I have also found that I can use much less oil/fat in making Indian food, and long slow cooking (the hallmark of good Indian food) is more effectively done in this cookware without burning.. Cheers for an excellent product! Great recipes, too.

Good evening Dan, I like the new web site. I have enjoyed cooking with ny cookware. I have not had a chance to use all the pieces, but what I have used I really like. We are having a hard time deciding which recipe we want to try first. Kids are picky about what they like to eat. Even my oldest daughter who wants to be a chef likes to use the cookware. James needs to have them last payment held, but I am not sure the exact date. Give him a call and he will let you know the date. Thank You! Kathleen

I love the new website! I love that we can order additional pieces online too - that's a very convenient feature. The only think I might modify is clarity on some of the pictures. Some are a bit blurry - but overall, the website is very user-friendly.
I have received all of the recipes you've sent, but haven't really been able to cook too much as Eric's been out of the country most of last month. But, he is here until June so I have lots of cooking to do! So far my favorites include things you demonstrated at the home show - Tortilla pizza and the grilled chicken with lemon and pepper! Very Tasty!
Thank you, Lori

Yes, I tried what you told me a few days ago. I’ve been out of the office, but have meant to let you know! This works great! To think I’ve had this problem all along and didn’t realize it. My veggies cooked so quickly last night!
I looked briefly at your new website! It’s great! I’ll go back to check out those recipes.

I like this cookset very much. I use at least one kettle every day. I like the quick cooking on low heat so things don't burn. I also often use the salad maker you gave us for free. We like it very much as it is so easy to clean and keep looking new.
Thanks, Wilma.

Best and wisest buy we've ever made. Some cooksets are available for $75 or less but the one we purchased from you is so different you can feel it just holding a pan. We're very happy. We bought a small set but would like to look at adding some more pieces - please contact us about that.
